Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This excludes pre-order items, which are non-refundable and non-returnable (see Pre-Order Refund Policy below).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed and in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened items, including trading card products where seals have been broken. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Opened or unsealed trading card products
Sale items or gift cardsPerishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
Custom or personalised itemsPersonal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your sealed item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund is approved. You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved.
Please remember it may take time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

Pre-Order Refund Policy
Please note that all pre-order items are non-refundable. Once a pre-order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is because we reserve and allocate stock based on confirmed orders. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before completing your pre-order.
If a pre-order item is delayed or release dates change, we will update customers as soon as possible. However, this does not entitle customers to a refund unless the item becomes unavailable altogether.
